2022 camino del norte gernika rest day

Today would have been my fifth day of walking from Markina-Xemein to Gernika.

As day 4 was a brutal day on the body I’ve taken the executive decision to have a rest day. Phew!

In the late afternoon I made my way to Gernika via taxi. Checked into my hotel and had a nice lunch at a restaurant called Julen.
